Donate
The GBS/CIDP Foundation of Canada, a leading national patient organization, has been supporting patients and families since 2003.
Your generous donation moves forward our mission, allowing us to expand our patient support, develop educational resources, foster community connections and champion Canadian research.
With your help, we can continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those affected by these conditions.
Every dollar donated for Canada, stays in Canada!

Other Ways to Give
Did you know that donating your used car is a great way to support the Foundation? We either sell or recycle the vehicle to generate funds for patient support, research and awareness initiatives. Donating your car is quick and easy, and you may even qualify for a tax benefit. Discover more about this program by following the link below.
Join the Effort to Help Patients
Now more than ever, we are relying on you to support those afflicted with Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS), Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP), Multifocal Motor Neuropathy (MMN) and their variants.
With your gift of donation, you will provide:
Patient Support Services
Committed to our vision that no individual or family should face one of these conditions alone, we focus our efforts on providing high-quality programs for our patients. These offerings include regular support group meetings, peer-to-peer support linking patients with liaisons - dedicated volunteers who assist newly diagnosed patients - and access to our Patient Advocate, a staff member equipped to help people navigate their patient journeys.
Educational Events
Recognizing that education is crucial for understanding our conditions and empowering individuals to take control of their self-care, we are dedicated to offering regular high-quality educational events. This includes an in-person equipping event held regularly in a Canadian city, featuring workshops led by medical professionals, complemented by regular online equipping events, including a virtual programming.
Canadian Patient Literature and Research
Believing that patients benefit from learning from others’ experiences, we have developed a comprehensive series of resources that combine patient insights with medical experts. We offer our patients access to guides outlining the patient journey, patient testimonials allowing individuals to learn from another’s experience, articles authored by medical professionals, videos featuring interviews with medical experts, among other valuable resources.
